There should be a little clip on it and you just put your finger on it and push it down and then put it on your dogs collar

If the finder will do so, they may send you a text. You also may ask in the comments for a text in the account set up. This is a passive device. It relies on the finder reacting to seeing the QR on the tag. Once it is scanned the location is emailed to what was entered at set up.

How will this uphold you moisture and water?

It's made os a flexible rubber. I don't think it will be a problem at all but they haven't gone swimming yet to totally test it I love them got them on all 4 of my dogs. Light weight
