You should have a couple of grease screws. Undo and fill with enough but not overfill. The tube of grease screws onto the hedge trimmer

This is a special gear lubricant so it should be OK on another trimmer than Stihl

I ordered this grease for the gearbox on a hedge trimmer. You unscrew a bolt on the gearbox and the tube of grease screws in the bolt hole for direct injection into the gearbox. If there is a similar bolt on the strimmer then I would say it should be suitable. Does the instruction manual give a clue?
