It caught fire as we were inflating it inside the air matress at the built in pump. Now it’s not inflating, smells like burning. it does not work and will be dangerous to turn it on but will for proof if this is needed. I have requested a refund

I am doing a renovation at a cottage that has no furniture so I needed a bed. I was a little leery of inflatable beds because of the experience I had with another one that I had borrowed from my son. It kept deflating through the night and it had to be re-inflated daily. It was not so comfy either, and it was difficult for me to get out of (I'm a senior). I can't say how surprised and impressed I was after I tried the King Koil Luxury Air Mattres. I added an 1 1/2 inch foam topper and a mattress pad. I wanted the foam topper because I am a child sleeper and this keep me warm and comfy. This thing is just as comfortable as our bed at home. It does not deflate, but it might need a little top up every 3 or 4 days. It's easy to inflate with the built-in pump, and it's easy to get out of because it is 20 inches high. In fact, I can easily sit on the edge of the bed without any problem. I like that the head of the mattress is raised a little, it helps keep the pillows on the bed. I followed the instructions to inflate it and let it site for 48 hours so the initial PVC smell dissipates. The large bag provided is convenient for storing the bed when not in use. So far I have slept on this mattress for over two weeks and I just can't say much I love it. 5 / 5 stars, highly recommended.

Pump broke doesn’t work after few uses. No way to inflate the mattress otherwise. Therefore, it cannot be used anymore. Customer service not responsive

This seems like a good mattress with a good design and made with quality materials. While the manufacturer states that some air loss is to be expected, I only got about 5 hours of use before mine lost so much air I actually rolled out of it; I weigh 180 lbs btw. It’s only been used once, indoors on foam tiles on our basement floor, so zero chance it was damaged here. I’m guessing the problem is in the valves used to fill/deflate the mattress. Very disappointed. (but not for long! :-)I just HAVE to update my review. King Kroil saw my 3 star review and reached out to me less than a day later. They reminded me that their product comes with a one-year warranty, and helped me to painlessly get a replacement. Less than 48 hours after submitting the required information, a new Mattress arrived. Wow, I've never experienced such a fantastic experience with any seller. Kudos, King Kroil!!!
