Realtree Men's Merino Tall Boot Socks

Great fit and super warm

I've got some other heavyweight wool socks and this particular sock would fall more into the midweight category in my opinion. They're warm and well made, but don't expect a really thick heavyweight sock. e.g. I've got a couple of pair of Ducks Unlimited heavyweight wader socks and they're significantly thicker.

I picked up a pair of these Realtree heavyweight merino wool boot socks for my winter hikes around Duluth, and they've been a game-changer. The over-the-calf design stays up without sliding down, and the full cushioning keeps my feet comfortable during long treks. The merino wool does a great job wicking moisture, so my feet stay dry even when I'm breaking a sweat. They're warm enough for cold days but not so thick that they overheat in milder weather. Bought 4 pairs of these socks 4 years ago , wear them pretty much every day in the colder months (live in Alberta cold for 6 months) they have the full 4 years , they don’t have any holes in them whatsoever, but after 4 years they are getting a little thinner, I only realized this when my new ones came , but I never noticed my feet getting cold because of it. The only reason I bought more was because we got a new pup and he has acquired a fetish for my socks , so I was down to 2 pairs ….. but these socks you won’t be disappointed PS: I only bought two pairs recently because I was not sure if they are the same socks because it’s been four years….. just recieved them and they are the same socks ….. ordering two more pairs as we speak
