Is it possible for these to be shipped in a box as the first one I ordered was damaged upon arrival

Hello Thank you for your enquiry. Yes, we can put extra packaging around the order to protect it moreso. If you have any further questions, please don't hesitate in contacting us. Kind Regards Ryan Gifts Direct 2 U Ltd

Do they arrive in a presentaion box?

They arrive in a plastic bag within an amazon box

It smelt burned the first time i used it, I followed the instructions, I have got rid of the packaging but I would like a refund?

I think the lavender gives it that burned smell. I found after a few weeks or regular use that smell disappeared. I think they could just forget about the lavender, it doesn't smell great and might actually put people off buying it.

Are the eyes on this plastic buttons or stitched on?

The eyes are stitched on with black cotton.
