Beautiful product with amazing customer service
A beautiful mug which has a touch of luxury. Ours developed a problem, which I contacted City to Cottage, the makers, and they swiftly replaced it. Amazing service that you rarely see and hear about these days. I highly recommend City to Cottage for their beautiful products and superb customer service

Massive mug
I was looking for a massive mug for holding fruit tea and this is just what you get. Its pretty much a soup bowl for tea. The handle is nice and large and strong so its easy to hold without any discomfort. Looks to be well made and has already survived a number of dishwasher cycles.

Enormous
Capacity is well shown in the product description, so it is entirely my fault for not calculating in my mind how huge this "mug" would be (more of a large cereal bowl than a mug, actually). It is very cute, well made, thick and stable, and large enough for my Pot Noodles ;)

Excellent quality
These soup mugs are excellent quality, beautiful colours and very well made. The size is perfect for a bowl of soup. When microwaving, the handle stayed cool to the touch. My only hesitation in purchasing them is that they are a bit pricey, but they should last a great many years.

Bellissima tazza colazione
