How long does it take to fully charge? Mine has been in for 24 hours and still is showing a red light, does it really take that long? That's insane

No there’s obviously a fault. I left mine charge overnight when bought a few weeks ago and it’s still charged. Used evenings only.

Can you stick it to the wall or do you need to drill a hole?

I drilled a little hole and would recommend that's what you do. Bracket and screws are supplied. It is very light, hardly weighs anything. Very easily fitted. Great lights and good looking

Can this be installed vertically?

Yes, it one screw that holds it to the wall an the light is magnetic

Why do I need a computer?.

I don't necessarily think you need a computer but you do need a plug adapter with a USB terminal as charging up the battery in the light unit it is done using a USB.
