Question 1

Does this remove fluoride or can you add filters on to do this?

Accepted Answer

No our candles do not remove fluoride and we don't have fluoride reduction cartridges that are compatible with a gravity system.

Question 2

The tap looks like plastic. What material is it made of? Are there any other non-stainless parts / linings / etc.?

Accepted Answer

The tap is made from plastic and the mounts on the candles, plus the wing nuts that allow you to tighten the ceramic onto the system. There are also a robber sealing washers inside again to secure the seal on the filters. Please check our YouTube Channel for installation instructions on this product which will show you all the parts or e-mail us direct and we will send you information.
