Nautical Fish Spoon Rest, Handmade Ceramics

** In stock, and ready for immediate shipment** This is a handmade ceramic spoon rest featuring a swimming fish motif. This charming dish is perfect for keeping the stovetop and counter clean while cooking! It is made of white speckled earthenware clay. While the clay was still wet, I imprinted the fish designs which were made from stampers I carved out of clay. The intricacy of each fish design is highlighted with blue, aqua, yellow and lime green glazes. The border is painted nautical cobalt blue. Fired twice in my kiln for durability, and painted using non-toxic, lead free ceramic glazes. Measures approximately 5 by 3 3/8 inches. Dishwasher and food safe.
