So far, great!
I originally started looking around Amazon for a fiber powder to start taking, to see if that would help my stomach issues. I came across this, the reviews were great. The company seems to be a good quality company who makes great quality products. I've only been using this for 5 days, but, it already feels like it's doing a great job. It doesn't feel like every food I eat is upsetting my stomach. I don't feel like I have acid reflex going on and I have not felt bloated at all the past couple of days.The taste is fine. Even though the container says to take it with a "shot" (1.5oz) of water, I use about 4-6oz. Super happy with it so far. Looking forward to a full month of it.

Helped during cancer treatment & recovery
I was already taking a probiotic when I started cancer treatment but I needed something extra when I got a feeding tube placed. This definitely helped with my overall GI health & funtion. The taste is very mild, I put it on my oatmeal and don't taste it at all. Now that my treatment is over I still plan on buying and using this product in the future.

Don’t buy lavender flavor
While I love the benefits and also love the apple raspberry flavor, this lavender lemonade flavor taste absolutely disgusting. It taste like you picked a piece of lavender from the garden and put it in your mouth.

Best pre/probiotic out there
I’ve used for over 2 years, never plan to switch. Don’t love the lavender flavor but the raspberry is very tasty. I do a lot of research on products being a holistic nutritionist and this is a great product at an affordable price. Buy it!

Organic and Vegan
I really like that this product is freeze dried so that I am able to travel with my pro/prebiotics unlike the ones that usually have to be refrigerated. Im so happy that it also has fiber so that it takes away my bloat and keeps me fuller for longer when I add it into smoothies or tea. I usually take this product first thing in the morning so that my gut is ready for the day. I am so exited about my new product that has been incorporated into my daily routine. I will definitely be buying again!
