Semi-solid material, the chain is very weak (didn’t use it). The swivel that attaches bag to mount keeps coming off, had to make something else work. Overall it’s ok. I wasn’t expecting the response I received from the seller. They went above and beyond. Great customer service. It is a good product, I would recommend it.

This is a heavy-duty bracket that I installed over a week ago on a cement block wall in my garage. It doesn’t have many instructions, so would recommend someone that is handy install it to support the weight of what you are hanging. I have a 70lbs bag. Haven’t needed to swing the arm or extend it. It came with anchors and screws to hang it but I decided to buy and use my own. I’m happy with the end result at a reasonable price.

Built well but had to return the first one delivared. Could have been a result of driver delivery. The tube square tube was bent, so I was unable to insert the male tube it into the female tube. I still gave it five stars because it is built well and handles my 80lb bag adequately.

It’s good for the price, drawback is there is a locking pin on the very bottom that does absolutely nothing the pin can just fall out and go in with ease so it’s too small of a pin, (gonna find and install a correct size one) and the loosen to adjust knob is pretty much being used to hold the arm still, and even as tight as possible the main arm/bar moves a decent bit when the bag is hit from the left or right , not anything insane but noticeable, if correct size pin was in the kit making it a lot more solid it would be a 5 star other than that for the price it’s not bad

Was skeptical at first but this is a great value for the money spent. Very durable easy straightforward assembly and still going strong a few months later.

I settled on this heavy bag wall mount hanger after looking at a few around this price range. Unfortunately, there is a serious quality control issue with this product from this seller. The first one I received, the main bracket which attaches to the wall was bent on one end. This made it impossible to insert the metal pole inside it which allows you to adjust the height and direction of the heavy bag. Amazon was quick to replace it and I received another one a few days later. I opened the box and grabbed the same piece to see if that was bent. To my surprise, the bracket was bent exactly the same as the one I returned. You can jam the pole inside but you will lose the ability to adjust the height and direction of the bag which was why I liked this one. This is a quality control issue and now I have to return the replacement as well and look for a different brand. The first two pictures are of the replacement, the other two are from my original order.

Great product , I had a lot of problems with the one i bought before of this but since I’m using this one for almost an year and had xero problems until now.

It's great but it needs better swivel hardware. The weight of the bag is too much for the swivel and the nut keeps backing off. I added red lock tight and hopefully that fixes the problem.
