Can you mount it on a brick wall?

Can it hold a 120 lb. heavy bag?

I see no problem with that! My punching bag stand with over 100 pounds of sandbags hanging from it held up well under the intense impact and was perfect for me

Can this be used outside mounted to a 4x4 or 6x6 post, cemented into the ground?

I don’t think that would work well. If you have a light bag perhaps but with a 100lb bag it would put way to much leverage on the post and likely begin to lean, wobble or break. Two two posts with a cross beam up top and an eye bolt in the center, you would have no need for this mount.
