Hi, brought belt as a gift and she has just tried it is too big, return window has closed. Can I exchange for smaller size? Can't see email to contact you.

The band for belly seems totally pointless unless you had a flat tummy prior to pregnancy had to turn it back to front to have any support at all at frontEdit- customer service is however amazing they contacted me and were very supportive and have sent me a different band which is working for me very well. Excellent customer service and recommend just based on this. Highly recommend the pregnancy band which has a wider support for bump

Do not buy this belt if you actually require any level of support. It is not fit for purpose.I purchased this to help with PGP, to double up with my SI joint support belt. My physiotherapist recommended wearing a wide maternity support belt underneath the SI belt both for comfort and also to stop the SI belt sliding over my clothes.This was frustrating to use and terrible quality. After three weeks of intermittent use it's basically wrecked. The velcro is rubbish quality and there's too much of it, it sticks to itself in the wrong places when trying to put it on and because there's so much of it, it will catch on jumpers etc. further worsening it's stickiness. Because of the quality after two weeks it began occasionally pinging loose after fastening.The two belt system is irritating to use. (I did not use the pointless looking above bump section as a) not in my third trimester yet and b) did not want to give myself more heartburn than I already have.) As the belt needs adjusting when going from standing to sitting and vice versa it's not practical. The elaborate set up makes it difficult and time consuming to undress and redress when using the toilet, and unlike a full length belt (which would balance on a door hook) if you're out and about you're stuck holding the wide part while you're on the loo.I found it fairly comfortable, but it was so enraging to use and it's started to lose its functionality so quickly that I cannot recommend this in any way.I have purchased another maternity support belt that is a single belt with adjustable straps, in line with my SI joint support belt and while I can't yet confidently speak to the quality it is at least not tedious to use.

Would recommend this to anyone. I never used the top strap. But; with this belt I managed to work until 37 weeks, in retail, on my feet, for 40 hours a week, with PGP from 5 months. I couldn't have done that, without the bump being gripped by this belt. I did have to buy another towards the end, due to the velcro going. But the amount I was wearing it, not just to work, with my social life, I'm not surprised. It did a fantastic job

I got myself this belt for during my pregnancy as I’m suffering from pelvic girdle pain. The belt itself is very light wait, comfortable and easy to put on. This has helped relieve some of the pain that I have had with round ligaments and some of my pelvic girdle pain. The company even provided a helpful booklet explaining the different straps and when to use them during your pregnancy as well as exercises to help with any pain and discomfort, Would highly recommend!

Was ok for the first few days, but the underneath support band is too narrow so when it moved it’s painful as it cuts in, the Velcro pads on the back part are wider than the belt so they dig in and I had scrapes on my stomach from them, very visible under clothing and no longer helps with back pain like it did the first couple of days of use, no way of contacting the company to discuss either, seen the same product on Temu and SHEIN for a fraction of the price. Do not recommend.
