No best by date on the bottle, just an encrypted manufacture date.May be made with GMO or bio-engineered soybeans since that fact is not disclosed on the product?There is a code on the bottle for the date of manufacture (or bottle filling) that can be deciphered this way provided by the manufacturer:"The first two numbers stand for the year, the letter represents the Month starting at A with January, B for February, etc., and the last numbers are for the day of the month it was made. There is a three year shelf life for the lecithin."A normal best by date printed on the bottle would improve this product.Otherwise this is a decent lecithin.
