Love this set of gel pens. The array of colors is very nice, they color smoothly. Love that there are a whole set of refills included. Also love that the refills and pens are numbered for easy refilling. Would definitely buy this set again.

Got these for my mother who's favorite color is green. She takes atleast 5 where ever she goes now incase she can use them! They write well, surprisingly durable, i dropped them when bringing her gift downstairs. I think the price is good. If they have more colors im going to get purple for family member who does a lot of crafts

Shuttle Art has been recommended & praised by so many people & that being said I chose to invest in these Metallic gel pens. Reasonably priced & "YES" vibrant colours & smooth flow. There are 25 colours w/25 refills. Make sure your pens should be stored horizontally to prevent them from arriving dry & preventing air bubbles. Texture grip & versatile, whether you are journalling / colouring / drawing. Line size is 0.8-1.0mmHighly recommended

Pens seem to be good quality. Packaging was not good, pens were all out of the plastic holder they were in, looking like they were used.

Out of 30 colors, I had 5 duds (that either didn't work at all, or weren't reliable enough to write a few words without the ink cutting out). Those were numbers 2, 4, 14, 20, and 23. Of those, 3 also had dud refills... 2, 14, and 20. So I guess I'll never get to use those three colors. I didn't test the refills for the shades that *do* work, but I'm sure plenty of them are duds too. I generally like the color selection and many of the working pens are quite nice. But when the quality control is this abysmal...

They write great and are absolutely awesome for creating zentangle's! Price is great and pens,are better! Highly recommend!

Nice gel pens. A good variety of colors. I wish thought that there were more greens to color leaves with. They look like they are dark, but in fact they are not. That is disappointing. I am always on the look out for darker greens. But they work well and last a long time

THIS IS THE FIRST TIME I HAVE EVER GIVEN A BAD REVIEW FOR SHUTTLE GEL PENS. But I needed to make other buyers aware, especially for seniors. First off, the box had been open, and second, the paint was very, very old and separated into 5 or 6 little globs. But the worst of all was the lids for the pens. They were stuck soo very hard to unscrew. My caregiver took a knife and had to sand and scrape all the edges of the pen casing on all 30 of the paints just to be able to open them. They appeared to be glued on. ???,We squeezed several of the casings just trying to get them open. If you have arthritis, don't buy this earth tone set. Also, the paint was very, very old. All the oil was up on top of the ink. The only reason we didn't return them was that we cracked some of them just trying to open them and put a refill in. I felt very sad because I have bought shuttle paints for years with no trouble. I did not ask for a refund because it was us that broke the casing. But please check your returns so this doesn't happen again. It was like they had been left in a hot attack for a year, and the sun had separated the paint. They definitely couldn't be used.Also, I bought more items but had to return these as well because one had one pen missing, and both other sets I thought were all glitter, but they weren't, and I needed only glitter. The lady who helped me order them said they were glitter, but instead, they were 3 different styles. ALSONEED TO ADD TO CANCELL THE RETURN THEY WERE THROWN AWAY BEFORE I NEW THE LADY ASKED ME TO RETURN THEM. SO JUST CANCEL THE RETURN
