An actual good tasting alcohol sub
If youre sober and looking to experiment, this is actually a good substitute. A lot of the n/a liquors arent good and the price is a huge turn off. This one actually taste great! It tastes like an amaro.. and also with its ingredients list it aids in digestion just like a traditional amaro. Its very sweet and herbal. I enjoyed it in small amounts just sipping after dinner or with a touch of sparkling water added. The price point is still a little much. If it were more affordable Id buy this more often, but its definitely worth a try.

Excellent. Exactly what I was looking for!
Wow, this is an great aperitif. I wasn't looking for something to go head to head with something like like a Port or Sherry. I wanted a sipping herbal drink with a lot of character that was made as an adult drink. Something to have a deep conversation with someone else while we contemplated life's mysteries. And the antique bottle will add a nice touch to my fine liquors shelf.

Surprisingly legitimate
I've routinely had 'meh' experiences with n/a preparations and was pleasantly surprised by this. ZeroZero AmarNo is a very competent facsimile of an amaro. It's not a copy of a *great* amaro, hence 4/5 stars, but it works fine. It also mixes well 1:1 with vodka.

Excellent!
A great alternative to alcohol for those who maintain a sober lifestyle or are just trying to cut back on drinking. Can be drank straight or over ice but I recommend mixing it for better enjoyment. Mixes well with root beer, ginger ale, and also horchata.

Nice Try!!!
Sugar AND carmelized sugar? Too sweet and can’t taste the herbal essences. Nope. It’s not eligible for returns but Amazon customer service facilitated a refund.

Sweet, barely bitter
It’s a fading memory of sipping Cynar as your violet perfumed Goth granny smokes the stub of yesterday’s clove cigarette. This might appeal to you if you take your Campari neat or are an Italian hummingbird. It has mild astringent herbal notes, but it tastes nothing like the big bitter of Fernet Branca. Jury is out on whether it cures what ails ya after over indulging with a big meal.

Not bad at all
As another reviewer recommended, I combined this with a NA Rosso for a mock Manhattan and it is really not bad, producing something that tastes reminiscent of the cocktail. It of course lacks the heat/bite of bourbon or rye - sort of like Coke without the fizz - but has a pleasant bittersweet herbal flavor. It also allows me to perform the full ritual of crafting the drink which I enjoy. The bottle was well-protected in transit.

Viscous, bitter and moreish. Best one I’ve had thus far.
