Easy to install

We bought a 5 foot handrail for our stairs to see how we like it. I had the handrail put together & installed in less than an hour. It is perfect. We ordered a 2nd 5 foot section & one 3 foot section. Everything went smoothly but after it rained the mounts rusted. We've had a 2nd rain & now 6 of the 8 mounts are showing rust. I'll probably need to dismount the rail & use a rust resistor paint. I hadn't planned on needing to do anything.

I ordered one handrail for indoors and one for outdoors, both bolted onto brick. The anchors provided are plastic and the screws are plain steel sheetrock screws that will rust. For the outdoor handrail I ordered metal anchors and stainless steel screws.

I installed them at my father's house after seeing him struggle going up the stairs, he thanks me now and then for them.
