Is this sheath compatible with the Gerber Strongarm?

No, I wouldn't call it compatible. Yes, the Gerber Strongarm blade will fit (just barely) but it doesn't set nicely and won't snap in meaning the sheath will not retain the blade at all. For safety reasons I would recommend only using the sheath with the intended Leopcito blade. Hope this helps!
