Would this be good to workout in?

I wouldn't recommend it. The top is made of lightweight , stretchy material and it’s very thin. They say to treat it like hosiery so it’s not very durable. Best underneath something.

They are like thick pantyhose so you have to be careful. I am not sure if they would just go into holes, or "run" like hosiery.

Does it offer compression for your arms? Or is it more like tights?

I didn't feel much compression; more like tights. I wear them with sleeveless things so my upper arms aren't flapping around! I really like them for that purpose. Kind of like wearing a leotard without the bottom part.

Is the blue one considered navy blue or dark blue?

I only bought white and black. Picture of blue one looks like regular, basic blue not navy blue.
