Perfect and did the job! 100% recommend the Thruster.
We had a slow flushing toilet which clearly had a partial blockage. I tried our old suction pump, no luck! I tried a chemical approach, no luck! I took a punt on the Thruster as it claimed to be for a modern shaped toilet bowl (and was) - it took a bit of elbow grease but it cleared the blockage and there were no marks on the bowl. Fabulous! I would highly recommend,

It's oversize yet does its job
My toilet bowl had low water level after flush and after doing some research I determined that there was something partially blocking the drainpipe somewhere. I tried pouring two bottles of liquid unblocker but they did not work and then I bought this thing. The plunger was too big to lower inside the narrow part of the bowl and cannot touch the water surface, but I pushed down and up to apply some pressure anyway. Although I didn't feel anything was done, unbelievably after flushing the toilet again, the water level became normal. Regarding easiness to clean, as the plunger bottom is flat and can be quite gross if it is placed on the floor after use. I suggest the seller should provide a container like that for a toilet brush.

Brilliant!!
After attempting to clear a blockage for several days this cleared it in just 2 mins. It was quite a tough blockage and we have a long, low gradient waste pipe. If your toilet has a aperture this shape then definitely for you!! The large round plungers were just not getting a seal. This one creates piston- like pressures. I'm so relieved!

Completely useless
Awful product, doesn't work, doesn't fit any bowls, simply does not work.

This really does work
Wow, what a bit of kit this is. I had quite a stubborn blocked toilet, looked at many different plungers etc, finally decided on the thruster....and I'm so glad I did, it cleared the blockage I'd say in under 10 seconds with absolute minimal effort and without any splashback that normally comes with these type of jobs. If your toilet is the correct shape, look no further than the thruster.........amazing bit of kit that really does work :-)

Toilet plunger unblocker
A little difficult to use not adequate for the job , quite expensive , so wouldn’t buy again.

It’s the best toilet unblocked out there
I’ve tried a few types of toilet unblocking devices from the old fashioned plunger to the ones that spray water and this one beats the lot because simply because it’s shape fits our toilet outflow and you get to force a good amount of water through the outflow as a result- great product

It works quickly and brilliantly
The THRUSTER achieved in less than a minute what two other more traditional plungers and three bottles of toilet unblocker had failed to do over many hours. It is a brilliant design, utilising the power of hydraulic pressure, our previously stubborn blockage waved its metaphorical white flag and vanished down the waste pipe, to hopefully never darken our doors again. (Apologies for the mixed metaphors.) HIGHLY RECOMMENDED if you have the right-shaped toilet!

Wow this worked unblock a month long clog! Though there is a trick to it. I was surprised that it's really a block of foam, so on my first attempt I positioned it at the point where it stopped, then used quick, short and hard pushes like CPR. No go, and I thought that's exactly how I was meant to use it. Change of tact; now I pushed hard, I mean, like hydraulic ram hard, BIG Mistake! The hard foam then slid down with the forward part of the foam sliding under the throat of the toilet and wow, it was not moving. Up, down, left, right. It was locked in place. I'm sure I could have pulled up or tried to lever it out but I'm also sure I would just pull the handle out of the foam. On went the rubber gloves and with some dishwashing soap and edging my fingers under the foam, I could remove it all. Thankfully this clog was not in the toilet or that wood have been disgusting. Here's how I ended up winning, and it took ten seconds. Filled the toilet using the flush, until it was nearly at the seat level then with the plunger submerged, I start rapid ramming from a height. The water was rapidly moving around but the difference was that I was pushing more water into the throat due to the length of the pushes. In about ten pushes the block was obviously sorted. Lots of gurgling, suddenly all water was gone and I chalk this up to a very good product. I hope the extra detail helps someone.

I almost hated this thing. I had it like 8 hours before my kid clogged the toilet !again! I think he eats rocks! Either way, it was a pain in the ass to use to start off. The toilet has that weird rectangular opening that regular pluggers barely work on. BUT last night using it for the second time was a better experience (cuz a clogged toilet is super pleasant) It cleared the pipe in about 8 good try’s. Now I don’t hate it as much.

Ok, I had my doubts. We had a very stubborn toilet clog, tried hot water dish soap, normal plunger which did nothing at all, and we were about to call a plumber, when I started googling toilet plungers and this came up. Amazon delivered the next day, so it was worth a try. Upon receiving, I tried it, with the water level low/empty, no good. I gave good hard thrusts and quick thrusts, but it didn’t do anything nor make any gurgling /plunging noises. So I gave up, and once again, started searching a plumber… Then later that evening, I decided to give it another go, but I started reading reviews from others here, and I read one review from another person who suggested letting the water fill all the way up, and start giving it hard thrusts, because it’s the thrusts as well as the water that starts getting it moving. Thank you, Sir! I did some good hard thrusts, they got some gurgling noises going, but no movement. Then started with quick thrusts, which started gurgling and bingo!! Heard all the drains unclog and long behold crystal clear water at its normal level.. Toilet is now good as new!! All in all the last round took about 8 minutes, with consistent thrusts, but has saved a huge amount of money. Moneys tight atm, so we’re very grateful for this device and its success. Definitely give it a go, but you’ll know it’s working when you hear gurgling/ plunging noises. Keep at it, and it will eventually clear.

Normally a plunger has flexibility so you can push and pull water in the outlet of the toilet. Unless I am missing something, this does not work at all. The material is soft enough to conform to the toilet outlet to form a plug. If I wanted to plug the outlet of the toilet this would work...but wait, the toilet is already plugged! You do not need a second plug in the outlet. What in the world were they thinking!!!!

This is the worst plunger I have ever seen and it does not work. No stars from me.
