20-30 yrs ago I saw a news report on a Dr in Arizona that had a hospital that only took people that were goanna die. He feed them Intravainiuosly citric acid. That is apple cider. At that time I was in contact sports and all my blood vessels stuck out and were lumpy. I started taking apple cider and in 2 wks lumps were gone and resided to where they should be. It cleans your blood vessels out. Not just that, your kidneys, heart and brain. Anywhere your blood goes it does. Add a B+ to it.
