The scanner comes in very handy and has deemed very useful, but you will have to really take your time to figure out this unit on your own. The instructions that come with it are very basic and does not go into much detail into all of the features and functions. For example, it does not describe what the "expert mode" is or what it does when selecting that function to clear codes verses the normal code clearing function. If you try to contact customer support, you can only do so through email and their response time is about 48 hours. In my case, the customer support team was not helpful at all in answering my questions. They actually had told me that they can not recommend a product for my engine while having the exact product for my particular engine which made the customer support seem really uneducated on their own scanners. In summary, it is a great tool that has been very helpful, but you will need to spend time learning how to use all of the functions on your own.

LOVE THIS PRODUCT! It allows me to diagnose my 2015 KW T680 paccar. Shows all the fault codes and even live data on almost all components. The best part is it will force a regen on a paccar engine, which sold the deal for me. Clears all codes and is easy to use and understand. You must connect to the internet to activate it and update software and you have to be plugged into a vehicle(doesn’t have to be truck) to power it on, but it’s all worth it imo. Very pleased and I would definitely recommend!

Ive own this since 2022… still work but, its limited… my experience over the years with this item its been “OK”.. OVER CHARGE, over priced…. all it does is read code/erase.. it does describe the code but thats it… and force regen… there are units out there $80-100-200 that does what this does… waste of $449.99. Hope this helps someone not waste there hard earned money….

Do not buy if you want this for a regen on dd15 engines. It's fine for reading codes but cannot access programming software per ancel. Product support was helpful offered me a refund but i kept device as a code reader.

I have two Kenworth t680 one 2016 and the other 2019 and the devise only works on my 2016 and the 2019 keep giving me this communication error/ ecu no response. Communication and I updated it! Does this device work on multiple trucks and does it work on newer trucks! I really like the way it works on my 2016! Please Help!
