Priced a bit higher, but worth the convenience.
As a supplement, creatine should be dosed daily. Having this on hand makes that pretty easy. It makes a quick drink, the taste is not bad or off putting at all. One thing to keep in mind is creatine doesn't break down into solution or stay in suspension, so keep it in a shaker cup so you can shake it up before drinking.Downsides, it's on the pricier end for creatine, but I personally feel the convenience of use more than makes up for that. The only other issue I foresee for me personally is the length of the scoop. The bottle is kind of deep and I have meaty hands, so it may be rough getting the last week or so of doses out of the bottom. Just big guy problems.I gave it 5 stars, small things could be improved, but the people who would want this product won't be upset with what they get. I didn't speculate on absorption as I use creatine daily so I wouldn't notice any jump in water weight to be able to gauge something like that.

Amazing!
Creatine XL is probably one of the best creatines I've tried so far, the flavor is amazing and it absorbs well after a good minute! I drink it 30 min before my workout with water as directed and I have no issues with the mixing. Usually I've come across other creatines with the powder getting stuck at the bottom and not being able to consume the serving size but this one isn't the case. Definitely worth a try and no more flavorless creatine!!

Second month in. Never realized how important mono creatine is
After about a month and a half of taking a scoopEvery morning I can say as 38 year old shift worker, dad of three that the following has improved: workouts seem to feel better, recovery seems better, energy levels have been more consistent and I actually get depressed less on nights…the one side effect I can say has definitely improved as a result specifically from taking this is my sex life! Definitely better stamina and quality of performance in the bed. It’s the Panax extract in the xl that makes the wife happy. The other improvements could be coincidental but honestly just take it every morning and keep working out and you will be better off
