This drink has helped change my life. Yes, I do other meds with this. The combined effects of this drink with my meds is truly amazing. I can visibly see a difference in my skin (the feel and appearance) I can feel the energy (this does take time to feel) I mix this drink with my other supplements, example- glutamine powder, miralax (haha), electrolytes and magnesium. I drink them all mixed together. I have been on this drink off and of for a year, I now won’t give it up. The taste isn’t too bad, I do wish it came in 🍓 strawberry, it’s still good as is.

I am in my mid-fifties and have been using this product to help me maintain healthy eating habits. When I have had two solid meals during the day and can’t have dinner by my cut-off time in the evening, I use a packet and it controls my appetite and I feel energized in the morning.

I just finished my first box. I can say towards the middle of the month I noticed my sleep has been so amazing. I usually toss and turn and am a frequent urinator. I get up to pee usually and can’t fall back asleep. With this stuff… honestly for the deep sleep it’s amazing. My mom commented on my skin looking tight. I haven’t noticed such a change but just something I noted. My libido is up also…. I have switched over to peptide injections instead so I won’t continue to be purchasing this. But I have noticed subtle changes. I would give this product more time 2-3 months to see more of a change if you’re suggesting to try this out.

I take it on an empty stomach and in a few minutes, I can feel a difference in my fingers. I use a keyboard for work. It is also good for your libido. There are several varieties offered. Try the cheapest one first.
