Good but having constipation when taking this
Constipation has become worse since taking this, I reduced to one serving per day but still having constipation issues which weren't there when I wasn't taking this. Taste is not so good either, but it is effective I can feel some energy boost.

Well, I trust hk vitals and I use its other products like multivitamins and fish oil.But this protien supplements caused heart rate issues, maybe because some other underlying issue of my own.Before purchasing we should our doctor first.And I continue to buy hk vitals other products with dr prescriptions
