DARKBEAM UV Torch 365nm Black Light Woods Lamp, USB Rechargeable

I Purchased this as I have recently started crafting and wanted to try UV Resin! I happened to be sat tonight in my craft room when the light bulb blew and all I can say is I HATE THIS LIGHT....it has made me re-evaluate my levels of hygiene! I consider my home to be clean - not always tidy but ALWAYS CLEAN but this light tells a different story! It is an amazing UV light but unless you have a month available to bleach your home from ceiling to floor (yes there are areas on the ceiling- i don't want to think what/how) do not turn this on in the dark - I think it would be easier to blow the house up and rebuild haha. Side note:- it is amazing at curing UV Resin - the reason I purchased it, so much better than the light that came with the kit! But I think in the future I'll be checking my house in the dark when I've finished the cleaning to ensure I have actually done the job as well as I think I have - this tiny but powerful torch scares me

This arrived very quickly, beautifully boxed, included the charging lead, with easy to follow instructions. I was not sure about buying this torch, but reading other reviews, I bought it and I am so pleased. It is simple and easy to use, you can check your bank notes, check for dust, check that your bathroom is fully cleaned and has no hidden surprises, check your kitchen is super clean. Small enough to take out in a bag when you might want to check that items are clean, say in a restaurant or hotel or want to check your bank note change when shopping. Very good value for money and a good range.

Don't buy this -- you will NOT stop using it and illuminating every spot in your entire house looking for suspicious fluid stains and other ominous color changes haha. We bought this to see if our dog actually had a ringworm infection (crazy, I know) and quickly walked around the entire house discovering multiple layers of paint, weird spots on the floor, dirty (and clean) bathrooms and all other sorts of spots. Best is to illuminate your plants! Amazing little UV lamp for the price!

Just arrived today, this Darkbeam mini V4 is really small and neat (9cm long and weighing 59g including wrist strap). Displays red light when charging, changing to green when fully charged. Thought our house was pretty clean until it got dark and i went round it with this torch - guess I'm going to have to stock up on elbow grease in the next few days at it shows up every little cobweb, every splash of water on the bathroom tiles, pretty much any dust around, and other splashes/drips that I have no idea about! Scary stuff indeed! I didn't buy it to set off a flurry of out-of-season Spring cleaning, but to look at some rock specimens - guess they'll have to wait for now as I'm going to be rather busy for the next few days. Oh, and shine it at bank notes and certificates and you may be surprised at things that show up that you never knew were there! On the negative side, the wrist strap was very fiddly to get through the tiny hole, and the torch gets quite warm in use. Not sure how long the battery lasts, but it was definitely going dim and needed re-charging by the time I'd gone through the whole house in disbelief!

I was skeptical due to the price being so low, with most uv torches they’re advertised to be at the 363nm wavelength but this torch is definitely at that. It’s quite small but powerful. I bought it as I wanted to check if my pets had any accidents around my home, this torch reassured me that they didn’t. While I was glad to be reassured that my cats hadn’t peed anywhere, my bathroom cleaning routine has been shamed and this torch sent me on a cleaning spree.

This 365nm UV torch works very well for checking bank notes. Really shows up the red and white stripes (hard to catch on camera). Quite bright with convenient usb c charging and pocket friendly portability. Feels solid. Much better than the cheaper 395nm wave torch I had bought before.

Good strong beam, much better than my previous torch.

Seems ok to me but I haven’t yet had a chance to try it out much. It’s small and easy to carry about.
