Obsessed! Love the size for mini cakes. I got it to make Cecilia Tolone's olive oil cakes and they turned out just like hers. Really well made, thick and non-stick. No leakage of batter and they all fell out easily when I flipped the tray over, I didn't even loosen the edges with a knife.

Perfect size for the pies I wanted to bake in them

I love these tins, they are heavy and sturdy and bake nicely. Sadly, one of the individual cake compartment snapped in my hands as I was removing a baked item - I pushed the loose bottom and the whole thing came off (see picture and video) after only a handful of uses. Really good tins otherwise.

Well made and substantial. Superb non stick. I used at Easter to make individual cheese cakes and was not disappointed. My one concern was the loose circles at the bottom of each section, be careful of them going missing. I was so impressed I’ve checked their website to find more of what they make. I recommend the quality of goods.

These pans are fantastic! Nothing sticks, they clean up wonderfully, made of heavy duty material, they don't have shape edges, completely smooth surface. I baked 60 cheesecake cupcakes and it was so quick the cakes popped right out I didn't have to run a knife around or anything. Highly recommend

I cannot recommend this product enough. At first I was hesitant over the price, but when I saw how professional my mini cheesecakes appeared it was well worth it! I froze the entire pan and when I was ready to unmold I let it sit at room temperature for a few minutes, and the cheesecakes released like a dream. I did spray the molds a bit before assembling the cheesecakes, but I'm not sure if this was necessary as the nonstick finish is very slick. The pan itself is very heavy duty and high quality; I imagine it will last a lifetime. The cups are roughly three inches in diameter and I expect it will make other treats such as brownies and mini-cakes exceptionally as well.

I absolutely love this pan. I bought it to make individual key lime cheesecakes for a special dessert for Easter. It was expensive at about $50 but it is worth it. Super high quality - Heavy gauge metal. It was the only one I could find where the size of the desserts was about 3" instead of the tiny tart size. The removable bottoms are a game changer. It allows you to easily remove the desserts from the pan without messing up the sides of the dessert and you don't need the muffin paper holders. The removable bottoms are heavy gauge metal also. Both my sisters want one of these after seeing them. I know I will use this pan for many years.
