Fit my Samsung dvr camera exactly as planned and everything fit when reinstalled. Make sure you focus it before re assembly obviously.

8mm lens is bad, does not focus uniformly
The attached picture is a flat ruler. You simply cannot have both in the center and the edges in focus at the same time.
