These cake pans are wonderful. I wanted an easy release pan (with swivel) because I had one previously and loved it. That old pan is over 40 years old now and I wanted to get new ones to make a three-layer cake. The new Shannon cake pans are good quality and have the great swivel (easy release). I couldn't be happier. I hope they will last long enough to be inherited by my grandkids.

These pans go back to the 60’s era and work great.

I’ve been waiting for years to see these cake pans again. While they are not as heavy and easy to use as the older 5 star pans, I still appreciate the ability to have the arm slide underneath the cake to ensure it drops out of the pan. You have to do it slowly and gently though. Did not find it hard to clean but am careful to dry it thoroughly, particularly under the arm. Hoping these pants don’t rust.

Thick, sturdy and rust resistance

I wish i would have listened more to the reviews. I bought the three pans however 2 of them were bent. I do believe the pans itself would have been fine however they ship in their original box so of course these pans will be banged up during shipping. A very easy fix would be to put the box of pans down inside a shipping box. Put some bubble wrap in and ship it off.. it would protect the pans since they are very thin which is fine but not for shipping in the original box. Also when I used these as a child with my mom I know the cake did not get stuck behind the handle that moves. to clean them was not easy and most could overlook the cake batter that actually got stuck.

Great product

I would give zero stars but it's not an option. I was so excited to order these cuz I remember having pans like this growing up and wanted them for my granddaughter because she loves to bake. These are awful! These are anything but "easy release" and the "blade on the bottom of each pan makes a full 360° sweep under the cake to ensure removal is flawless and truly non-stick" is definitely false advertising. It made the cake edges rugged and leaves a crack in the bottom. (see pics/video) I bought them in Nov as a Christmas gift for my granddaughter. She was excited to finally use them today only to be so disappointed. I can't return them cuz I guess it's past their window so we're stuck with pans we can't use.

Great, just what l needed

I like the quailty of these pans they are much thinker than my grandma's, and easy to use! The pans came by the exspected date.
