Works very well, but is quite heavy, wraps well round the knee would say medium size

It is a good strong piece of kit at a very reasonable price and does what it says it will do

Using it now after total knee replacement. The chill provides welcome relief and I hope it will help reduce swelling. I think the full wrap round is worth it. ( I also bought one that has a thinner ‘strap’ at the back of the knee.) Sizing is the only issue, I am not overweight, but not am I skinny (BMI 24.5). The XL doesn’t quite go all round a slightly swollen knee.

I have just had replacement knee surgery and find this ice pack to be excellent. I'm not small and it nearly fits around my entire knee. It has a soft inner fabric that does not aggravate scar. The velcro straps are long and secure it in place well. Comes with a zip bag for the freezer. Works for me.

I bought two to alternate. These have been a godsend following total knee replacement and a really go fit. After less than three months though the gel is oozing out of the sealed seams in both ice packs. I was expecting better for the money, as they have been carefully treated.
