Very Powerful, Well Built
I have a set of loppers from my father which are probably older than me. They have not ever been sharpened (although I remedied that this year) and they have been asked to cut through branches much larger than they were ever designed to. In short, they are indestructible and they always get the job done. So, when I decided to buy a larger set of loppers to complement my old ones I checked the brand name of my old trusty pair. It was "Corona." By chance, that also turned out to be the brand of my favorite shears - the only pair which I have yet to bend. So I bought these "Corona Tools | 33-inch Branch Cutter" loppers. They feel really well built. They work extremely well. They will probably get passed down to my son along with his grandfather's original Corona loppers. It feels good to have some nice tools. Go ahead and buy these.

I Really Like this Item
I will try to be as honest as possible because I depend on other people's reviews and feel I want to help the best I can: Arrived as described. HEAVY DUTY is the best way to describe these. I've had a pair of Loppers for almost 40 years, and although they were functioning, I had no idea of the power of modern day Loppers. Long and strong handles. fat handles offer a strong grip, especially for a senior citizen like myself. They arrived sharp and ready for action. I research for almost a year off/on to find the best ones for my needs and I think these are perfect. The gearing in them allow full strength cutting power with less muscle power input. The ergonomics seem to be well balanced making this a perfect pair of Loppers. I Recommend. Good Luck.

Awesomely strong & durable.
Not a bad pair of loppers. In fact they feel very strong. Like I'm the guy you don't let near anything with wood handles, and I don't think I have to worry about breaking these. 2 issues, first, I showed up at a trimming job, excited to try my new loppers, and it doesn't cut. Why? Because the blade is bent inward so that it crosses the anvil it's supposed to bypass, and it closes from close to the top inward towards the fulcrum. So instead of lopping happily away I had to go borrow a hammer and pound away on this thing against a rock to right the blade. Second, while this is easily my bet for lifetime durability of the two I bought, the fiskars power lopper cuts bigger chunks like butter so while I'm definitely gonna bend that sucker sooner or later, it's worth it's disposability. Shout out for corona hand pruners though, I probably had 100,000 cuts on my last pair and I never had to so much as sharpen 'em.

THE BEST EVER!!!!!!!!!
These are the BEST pair I have ever owned!!!! Highly HIGHLY recommend them!!! They are so easy to use and cut like warm butter through branches/small trees with such ease. I bought a pair of large Fiscars to replace a very old rusting set, they were ok, well actually horrible compared to these. Is I kept the packaging I would return them. I am sold on this brand. I was astonished at how easy my project was. With the Fiscars set I got only a few branches done and was tired and my arm hurt... these guys, I cleared another section about 4 times larger and no pain. You can trust this buy! And you will love how quickly your project will go! They are large, so they do have a bit of weight to them, but not bad at all. And I love how long they are too! I was easily getting branches about 8-9โ off the ground without a ladder.

Heavy duty Loper
Although a little heavy to handle, it cuts branches easily.

It's ok ... but very heavy
Would I buy them again ... no. But they do the job. This tool is just too heavy for me.

Worth every penny
Very well made and easy to use as they're intended for. Obviously wouldn't try cutting 59mm of hard wood but good enough for most materials
