The product is good, but the pump is horrible, non working! I will not buy it again!

I am very happy with this body wash. This scent is my favorite from Dial. I have been using it for many years. It lathers up nicely and leaves my skin feeling clean and soft. I like the viscosity. It works well with a bath sponge. I only wish it were available in gallon size again.

Most importantly, it’s very gentle; I’ve had no issues with skin irritation, making it a great choice even for those with some skin sensitivity. This shower gel has a great fresh scent and also leaves your skin feeling nice and clean but myself and my son couldn't get any of the three pumps to work at all which was frustrating as I ended up buying another shower gel dispenser in order to pour the Dial body wash into so I could get it to dispense properly. Up until then I was unscrewing the cap and pouring some of the shower gel out which did waste quite a lot. My son did some research online and apparently there can be an issue with the pumps caused by the shipping and handling of the product. We both tried and tried, twisted the top both ways tried pushing down on it and still couldn't get them to work!! Not sure if it was us but we couldn't get them to work after trying for a considerable amount of time.
