These are large EVA foam dice with valid exercises & reps/times printed on each side. Mondays are my Cardio day. I get bored very easily doing the same cardio routine each Monday, so I'm always looking to change things up. These are great for that. You can either roll them several times and make a list for a circuit or roll them as you go to keep your body guessing.
