SYMIK Drone Landing Pad 50cm, Double-Sided Waterproof Helipad for DJI Drone

🛬 SYMIK LP570 Landing Pad – Full ReviewThis landing pad features a 3x3 fold design, allowing it to collapse into a compact 7.4" x 7.4" square, which is 20% smaller than typical 2x3 fold pads. When unfolded, it offers a 22.5" (57cm) landing surface, giving 27% more area than standard 20" pads—ideal for drones like the DJI Mini 4 Pro, Air 3, Mavic 3, FPV, Avata, and Phantom series1.Made from high-quality PU leather, both sides are waterproof, with a double-sided colour scheme (orange/black) for visibility on different terrain. It includes an integrated rubber band for storage—no pouch needed—and is designed to stay flat and resist curling, even in wind.✅ Pros3x3 fold design – ultra-compact storage, fits in most drone bagsLarge landing area – 57cm surface suits full-size and mini dronesDouble-sided waterproof PU leather – durable and weather-resistantIntegrated rubber band – no extra pouch or fastener neededBright contrast colours – improves visibility for precision landingWorks with all major drones – DJI, Holy Stone, FPV, etc.Highly rated – 4.8★ from 2,660+ reviews1❌ ConsNot weighted – may shift in strong wind without ground pegsShouldn’t be fully soaked – water-resistant, not submersibleNo carry case – relies on built-in band for storageSlight bulk when folded – thicker than fabric pads🧠 Personal VerdictThis pad’s proper kit for field flying, gear testing, and rugged site work. I’ve seen it used for drone surveys, FPV landings, and cinematic setups, and it holds up—clean, compact, and no faff. The fold design and waterproof build make it a standout for anyone who wants quick deployment and reliable protection.

Great little pad. Does what it says on the tin. Much better than landing on horrible ground.

Good quality and I ordered a little over size (22.5) for a Mavic mini 5 pro and this gives a bit of extra prop protection. Folds easily and is as described.

This is the perfect size for any of the DJI Mini series, DJI Spark, and for the Parrot ANAFI. Also for the Avata and any sub 250g drones such as the Autel Robotics EVO Nano Plus.It folds easily, has a moisture-proof wipe-clean rot-proof surface (make sure to open and dry it when you get home before re-folding it). The mat is also nicely weighted to avoid the need for pegging out, and if a wind is strong enough to lift it then it’s probably a perfect indicator that you need to land the drone immediately. Having typed that, I’d still prefer if it had holes at each corner to give the option to peg it down. The mat is double-sided with a high visibility orange side and a slate-grey reverse side. The mat is designed to fold with the orange side outwards, probably so that the less-used grey side keeps any muck its picked up inside and so less likely to be messy to carry. The only real downside is that it’s not that easy to carry. It doesn’t fit into the pocket on my DJI carrying bag (the one supplied with the Mini 3/4 Pro “Fly More” package), it doesn’t fit into any regularly sized garment pockets, and so requires taking an additional larger bag to your flying site. It would be far better if this came with the option to buy it with a dedicated bag which had the ability to clip onto a belt or bag strap and which could easily be cleaned out back home if any grass, mud, or other debris gets into it. Alternatively, if my suggested pegging holes were incorporated into the mat design and suitably reinforced, then the folded pad could easily be carried from a carabiner clip without needing a bag.The minor inconvenience of carrying this is why I’ve deducted one star. A very minor re-design by the manufacturer could make this a truly five star item. Other than that, I highly recommend it.

As described, excellent product, quick delivery, recommended seller.

Absolutely top notch quality. It has a decent weight so it doesn't blow away or need pegs to hold it down. It is double sided, orange one side, black the other. It folds up to a compact size so you can fit it into the pocket of a medium sized drone bag. I love this mat.

For any RC Helicopter/Drone pilot this is a definite must have. It comes in two sizes, i went for the larger one. It is solid, compact, it is weighted so it won’t move even in windy conditions. I prefer using the orange side as it’s more visible and the price is great.Highly recommended 🚁👍🏾

All items tested and just what I need very happy good value and excellent delivery time.

The 20” by 20” launch/landing pad like this one is good but I wanted something a little bigger. At 22.5” by 22.5” this pad fits the bill giving my drones some extra pad to land on. It is durable and just heavy enough the draft from the propellers don’t disturb it during takeoff or landing unless there is a high wind. Easily cleaned.

Ben costruito e ripiegato occupa poco spazio, buono anche il peso così rimane bene a terra
