Forgot to ask this with my previous question - are these steaks and burgers very fatty and/or gristly and chewy? Thanks much

Great question! Although it is a fact that some cuts of steak have more fat in them than others. Nebraska Star Beef steaks will not have excessive fat or gristle on them. It is also important to note that intermuscular fat, also known as marbling, is prized in steaks and the more intermuscular fat there is the higher the grade of beef. Our burger is an 80/20 blend and is included in some of the packages we sell. Never bought delivery before, are the steaks and burgers wrapped individually?

Each piece of meat is packed individually.

Are the steaks and burgers shipped together or separately? I ask since the steaks arrived today but without the burgers.

Typically they arrive all in one cooler.

Is this two cuts, 5.5 pounds each?

No. Two cuts about 14-16 ounces each.
