Q: Is this made on equipment that also has been used for dairy

No. At our farm-based factory, we only create chocolate products that contain organic cacao, unrefined coconut sugar, ginger, and coffee, so there are no chances at all of cross-contamination with major food allergens such as dairy, gluten or soy.

it didn't taste creamy, more raw.

No, none of our products contain nuts. We use coconut sugar, which contrary to popular belief, is not derived from the nut, but from the coconut flower's nectar, which doesn't contain the allergenic properties that coconuts have.

Hello! U Chocolate products are subjected to the most demanding internal controls. Before taking out a chocolate bar, all kinds of analyzes are carried out in each process, including heavy metals. U Chocolate products have the least amount of heavy metals on the market, tested in certified laboratories, having negligible amounts. These analyzes will soon be available on the website. In addition, U Chocolate tablets are protected by a certified compostable film and packaged in packaging from sustainable forests. U Chocolate has its own cocoa farm in the jungle and they make the tablets on site in a sustainable way and with the use of renewable energy, and therefore unmatched traceability, from the tree to you. No other brand you can find on Amazon can do this. It is a very expensive process and the price on Amazon is below its actual market price. Each batch is unique, as is the case with wines, with the added difficulty of creating high-quality products with only 2 or 3 ingredients, without additives, without lecithins, without refined sugar, without stabilizers, which modify the taste of authentic chocolate, deceiving the palate. You can find cheaper chocolates, but definitely U Chocolate has a gigantic differential with respect to them.
