Exactly how many drops is half a dropper because I can't see through the dropper because it is too dark?

Honestly I eye ball it. When you suction the liquid with the dropper, squeeze halfway on the rubber part, not fully. But I would do 4 drops.

Does this help with bad breath and as internal deodorant as other chlorophyll brands state?

Yes, I've noticed a slight difference. The more clean foods you eat, like vegetables, fruit & less meat you eat, your breath & internally you will be fresher.
