Name one food seasoning that doesn't have sugar in it. They all do including this one. I know this seasoning has corn syrup in it and I don't know if it is natural or artificial. However, this is one of the best chicken rub or seasoning...

Does this have a strong garlic taste? My husband is not a big fan of garlic, but I want to try this.

I do not find it to have a big garlic taste. It is a good blend of seasonings that enhance the eating experience. You will not be disappointed - nor will your husband be disappointed - in the flavoring.

Has anyone used this when smoking chicken legs?

I have used it when grilling chicken so why not use it when smoking chicken legs. Smoking intensifies flavor so you may want to cut back the amount you use or it may be too salty.

Lawry's Perfect Poulty Rub

This is the 2nd time I have orderd Lawry's Perfect Blend Chicken & Poultry Rub. I use it fairly heavily on chicken breasts and bbq them on the grill. I order the larger size since we go through a fair amount every month and we grill out year round. The blend is perfect and not too salty. It's a versatile blend of spices that can be used on more than chicken. It's also pretty good on fish. Highly recommended.
