Works great for me. I can get a work out in at home with limited investment and space. If you follow the work out provided, you'll feel it. Only takes a few minutes a day. Anyone can match it to theyre skill level as well, even my 4 year old!

This thing is insane!! I love how I can take it to the office with me in my briefcase, or when I’m traveling for work I can throw it in my backpack and workout my chest, back, shoulders, and my arms without having to leave the room!!!!

Great product quality material and I love the workout sheet that comes with. This product is great especially for when I need to do a workout when I'm traveling. Handles feel study and durable. Definitely would recommend this product

Doesn't come in and out of the holes precisely. Sticks because it's cheap plastic. Afraid to break it. I think a wood construction works a bit better. Takes more time to align the plastic and move the handles in and out, than it does to do the actual workout. Could use re-engineering. Maybe don't make it so "cost effective" people will pay what you're asking for a product that's perfect
