The Bosch/Mafell rail system is a joy to use. It is far superior to the fest/makita/dewalt/triton rail system. They join faster, easier and more accurately than the others and can even use Mafell's Aerofix vacuum suction clamping when screw clamps aren't viable or you need to fix rail to vertical surfaces to cut. The quality control on these rails always impresses each time I buy. Though I use Mafell tools I save money by purchasing the Bosch branded FSN rail, VEL connector, clamps, stops etc. that are IDENTICAL in every way to what Mafell uses/sells except for the ink printing.

This is an essential extra if you saw sheet or long bits of wood regularly or if you want a really accurate cut. My Bosch circular saw fits and follows the guide rail and as long as the guide is precisely positioned and clamped in place then an accurate cut is virtually guaranteed. Not all Bosch circular saws fit so check that yours is compatible though.

A great concept and a wonderful product, I had the GKT 55.... plunge saw without track. Got this from UK. all the guess work is gone. A precision guide. I don't know how long the grips work, but then I bought the clamps too. The price was just right.

Excellent quality and fit to other rails is rock solid to allow extended cuts. Obviously requires compatible circular saw.

eigentlich habe ich die Führungsschiene gekauft um sie mit dem Makita Führungsschienenadapter an meiner Dewalt Oberfräse ( 26404 K) zu betreiben. Der Adapter passt super zur Dewalt. ergibt eine gute Auflagefläche, wenn man sie zusätzlich zum Parallelanschlag benutzt. Aber mit der Bosch Schiene ist sie leider nicht kompatibel. Ich hatte mal irgendwo gelesen, es würde passen, aber da passt gar nichts. Über die Makita-Schiene liest man öfters, dass diese nicht unbedingt gerade sind. Daher fiel meine Wahl auf Bosch. Ich werde mir wohl die Festoll-Schiene bestellen. Diese ist laut Marita auch kompatibel. Da ich aber auch eine Stichsäge von Bosch professional benutze ( GST 160 ce ) kann ich sie mit dem entsprechenden Adapter zumindest damit nutzen. Da auch der Kauf einer Tauchsäge von Bosch professional geplant ist, werde ich die Schiene behalten. Die Schiene ist absolut gerade, hat eine Top - Antirutsch-Beschichtung und sieht einfach nur gut aus. Qualitativ gibts absolut nichts zu meckern. Da die Schiene ihren Zweck voll und ganz erfüllt und Amazon nichts dafür kann, dass sie nicht zu meiner Fräse passt, gebe ich 5 Sterne.

Mi sono lasciato convincere dalla descrizione sul sito con il termine "compatibilità" . Questo termine non può essere utilizzato solo per uno specifico sistema " G " compatibilità ha un significato molto più esteso. Forviante l'ultima foto dove si vede perfettamente che la guida non è una Bosch di tutto rispetto ma una FESTOOL di altrettanto rispetto. Forse ho sbagliato io ma purtroppo ce se ne rende conto solo con l'articolo tra le mani o al suo arrivo completamente non compatibile con altri sistemi e per questo inoltro la procedura di reso. N.B. la foto allegata è stata presa dal Sito Amazon e si vede che non è la guida Bosch ma Festool
