This is the 5% not 4% formula?

Ordered the 3-pack. Arrived as 4% not 5% formula. Also, did not say "Professional" Formula on the bottles. (Sold by Amazon - delivered by Amazon).

Is the professional biofreeze stronger than the regular pain relief?

I find a big difference with the professional biofreeze. I used the regular but found it not to be as effective as the professional strength. I take the roll on when on vacation and use the gel cream when I am at home if needed. I would not go back to the regular strength.

Does this contain lidocane?

I am not aware that it contains lidocane.
