Does this OEM card feature a USB-C port?

The Merc 310 XFX does not have a usb tupe c connector

How big is the card with the support attached? As the description only talks about the card itself, thankyou

The support bracket is 39.6cm on its longest side once mounted into the case. It fits perfectly fine in my Corsair 5000D Airflow with a few centimetres to spare.

How long is the card with the support bar attatched? And without it attached? Does it sag alot? Thankyou!

Without a support bar, it doesn't sag much. It's level on my rig with only screws holding it up on the left side and I've been using it for months now, Sag is negligible on performance anyway since cards are built for high stress.
