These frames appear to be of German manufacture - or at least, German is the primary language on the packaging. The clips securing the back to the frame are just a tiny bit fiddly - they need to be compressed then turned 90 degrees (either way) to lock/unlock - this is much easier to achieve on a solid surface than on your lap. Once locked back in place, they appear admirably secure. The clips are perforated so as to fit over - and to conceal - a nail or screw for wall-hanging but you will want to check the head against the perforation beforehand to ensure that it will pass through. There are no attachments for a hanging wire or cord. A downside with this arrangement is that if the frame will not naturally hang straight from a single nail/screw as above, adjustment may require a lump of blu-tack or somesuch discretely positioned somewhere behind to hold it level. A flap to support the frame free-standing is firmly and permanently hinged to the back. The rear depth of the frame is sufficient that folded flat this ought not to impede wall-hanging - or that appears to be the intention - but with both the two 6" x 8" frames I purchased the hinge was 'tight', holding the flap a little proud so that the frames would not hang perfectly flat to the wall. Once again, blu-tack to the rescue. The end result is pleasing - extremely smart!

Beautiful frame and it doesn’t look cheap. At the back there is a triangle wire which you can hang your frame from which was ideal as didn’t have to hammer another nail into the wall

Lovely frame

The product arrived well packaged and in perfect condition. It was packaged in a way that it really could not be damaged in transit. The product itself was exactly as described and very high quality. The glass front looks excellent with a print behind it. The frame itself is very sturdy. The clips keep the front in place very well with no movement. Suitable weight to the frame and looks excellent on the wall. Cannot fault! Great value for money, do not hesitate!

Good value and delivered very quickly in solid packaging. When I ordered, I failed to notice it was glass (my fault), but don't mind as this particular size frame (30 x 45cm) is otherwise hard to come by. I used it to frame the 'World's Smallest Jigsaw' (1000 pieces), and I am very satisfied with the end result. Would not hesitate to order again, if required. The only thing I will say is that the Courier delivered it 8am on a Sunday when I was still in bed. If I had not heard the doorbell, the item would sit outside on full display to all passers by and could have been picked up by anyone, as there was no note through the door and the driver disappeared in record time.

As good as described

Positives: I was delivered on time but not to me. The DPD delivery forced it to a resident of the building where I live in. The girl said that delivery guy caught her coming out of her flat on ground floor and pushed her to accept the parcel on my behalf (bear in mind I've never instructed DPD to leave my parcel with a neighbour). I had never met the neighbour until today when she told me all about this dreadful item. The product itself feels and looks cheap. There's a metallic string in the back so you can hang the frame on the wall which as soon as I did it broke down. The card board which is meant to frame the picture on the inside, it's of the worst quality of its kind and extremely difficult to cut it with precision. Was it value for money? No, not at all! Happy with delivery? God, no! Happy with the quality of the product itself? No way whatsover. In Poundland sells better frames. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone, not even to a recycling centre.

Product sized for intended purpose and arrived swiftly even accounting for travelling from Germany. Sadly the packaging was minimal, particularly for a frame with a glass pane. As result pane was broken which caused damage to the frame and was unusable. This was a shame as the product looked exactly what was desired with a nice finish and true colour to the frame. Customer service responded swiftly and sympathetically resolving the matter to my satisfaction.

This was the perfect size and perfect look that we needed that we couldn't find anywhere else but it arrived with broken glass. They would accept a return but since it came from UK we already waited a month to receive it and would wait another month or more for the exchange so we kept it and paid for glass to replace it. This is a good company but beware when buying something breakable overseas.

Tyvärr anlände ramen med glaset helt sönderslaget. Förpackningen var inte alls anpassad till en så stor och skör glasskiva. Ramen i sig var dessutom mycket tunnare och enklare än man fick intryck av genom bilderna. Enda anledningen att jag inte ger bara en stjärna var att avsändaren betalade tillbaka hela kostnaden inkl frakt. Ramen och glaset fick jag åka med till återvinningen direkt.

I don't get this product. I put a poster in the frame hung it using the wire on the back of the frame and within 2 days it had fallen down, smashing the glass in my 6 year old sons bedroom as the wire anchor points broke... clearly two having to hang on the cardboard and anchor points provided? Actually was in the process of buying another but given the result and money wasted I've canceled ...

El embalaje un 100. Súper protegido y el reparto muy bien. Los enganches de colgar no me encantan del todo pero aún no lo he colgado (parecen frágiles) es cristal y espero que aguante. El marco queda muy bien y realza mucho lo que se ponga en el interior.

Très belle couleur, qui donne un aspect vintage.
