Good Product
Arrived in good time and seems to be a fine product. This is the second time I ordered it and try to take it every day by mixing it with water and fiber. It doesn't mix easily in liquid, so I use a frother and it mixes fine. I feel it is a good addition to my health.

It tastes fishy but works well and is a better value than the capsules

Works well, taste isn't great, easy on stomach but causes cytic acne
Product is easy on my stomach and usually magnesium gives me heartburn. Taste isn't good and smells gross but it helps with muscle cramps, and lessens anxiety. My only complaint is it gives me bad cystic acne breakouts on my neck and body. I am prone to acne but these are far worse than my normal acne and have left some visible scars. I don't know if it's this type of magnesium or this brand but if you are prone to acne you might want to skip this brand. I really wish this magnesium didn't have this side effect on me.

Supplement magnesium and glycine separately
Doesn't seem to do much for me. Magnesium Glycinate doesn't dissolve well, and it has a bad taste. Both magnesium and glycine are supposed to be calming, but you're better off supplementing them separately. Magnesium citrate has a better flavor profile (beware of its mild laxative effect at higher doses) and glycine on its own is mild and sweet. Both will dissolve well and taste better.

The box was good and the taste was okay, but I felt its effect in the first week after using it. Recovery became fast and sleep was comfortable.
