I’ve asked this company on multiple forums if their product contains parabens and Phthalates so the fact I’m not getting any response means it does?

The ingredient list is on this Amazon posting, below the Compare with similar items & Videos for this product sections. I don't see either parabens and phthalates listed in the Ingredients. It also says Paraben Free at the top of the listing.

Doesn't say it's a heat protectant ?

I don't think they make that claim.
