Works well. The stock fan is good but I did upgrade it with a spare Corsair fan (Not Pictured) I had and that did improve the sound and flow. The mesh guard keeps out bugs but since I take this to high dust areas I added a mod. I had some carbon filter material from my Air filter so I just cut out a square to the right size to keep out the dust. It works really well. I have it rigged up to the small on/off switch (Pictured) so i can turn it off and on at will. It pull enough air to vent my vans "garage" and keep out hydrogen gas from my house batteries and keep my electric system cool. This kind of fan is not enough to provide ventilation for the whole van, not by a long shot. In this roll it really does a great job and looks great. 10/10

Easy installation, super quiet and they really move some air! I loaded a video of me using a portable fogger and watching the fan suck it away.

Worked well no issues

Airflow and function are good. The "interior " plate is just a duplicate of the exterior plate and does not sit flush to the camper wall. We have a standard 5th wheel RV and the unit is far too thick for the wall more like 2.5 inches than 2.25. . Then adding the plate it sticks out even further. W tried adding a compressable seal and it didnt even touch the wall. The interior plate should inset onto the fan box and sit flush to the wall. Poor design.

I was having a hard time getting our RV outside kitchen refrigerator get down to temp and/or to stay cool especially on hot days living in the south. Since the area the refrigerator is located in is a small space there wasn't any room for the warm air to vent, that is, the warm air the refrigerator creates from the compressors. Since there was already 12v wires back in the space for lights I was able to easily tap in and add a on/off switch. After installing the vent fan and keeping it running while the refrigerator is in use I found it removed all the hot air from the small area and helped keep the refrigerator much much cooler. Excellent fan and looks nice!

I purchased this vent fan in February and was happy with it but now 6 months later it has died, and I am hoping to hear from the seller. I would like it replaced and will update my review if the seller stands by their product.

Bought it to reduce the heat generated by our refrigerator in the camper, 12 volt muffin fan works on reduced voltage so it's very quiet but had to buy a little power supply for it. It's not a loud on high but it removes enough heat to allow the air conditioning to cycle. Plus gives us piece of mind that we are getting an air change in the galley.

I recommend drilling 4 holes through the sides “inside” then putting some small screws so the outside cover can’t be removed outside. Leaves a big area once outer cover is removed to put a hand through. Optional. The screen keeps out bugs. Fits well. I installed mine with butyl tape The fan can be installed forward or backward. I haven’t connected my fan but plan to install a second fan behind the first fan in opposite direction so i can switch power to have exhaust or intake options keeping both installed and powering one fan at a time. The second fan might block a little bit of airflow, but all allows me to reverse the airflow. I suppose I could just get a reversible fan as well.

Das Design ist auf moderne Fahrzeuge abgestimmt und es wurde in der Konstruktion auch an ein Insekten-, Schmutzgitter gedacht. Ich werde jedoch den Ventilator nicht einsetzen. Ein Grund findet sich an der fehlenden Innenblende. Ich möchte kein offenes Loch im Innenraum unseres Wohnwagens aus der eine Konstruktion mit Schraubenenden herausragt. Hierfür ziehe ich in der Bewertung 0,5 Sterne ab. Der zweite Grund findet sich in der fehlenden CE- Zertifizierung. Auch hierfür ziehe ich 0,5 Sterne der Gesamtwertung ab. Grundsätzlich kann von einem Motor mit nur 2,5 Watt keine große Gefahr ausgehen, aber in einem möglichen Versicherungsfall möchte ich keinen Ärger bekommen. ➡️ Fazit: Schön designter Lüftungsventilator, ohne zweite Verblendung. 2,4 Watt Leistung Ich hoffe das ich Ihnen mit meiner Rezension ein wenig behilflich sein konnte.
