i have a brand new toshiba 43 inch tv. Will this work ???

Hello!! Thank you for your question! This adapter is compatible with all of the current 43" TV models offered by Toshiba for 2020, but you may want to measure the VESA mounting hole pattern on your TV to be sure. VIVO Customer Support

Does this plate have holes for 340mm x 120mm?

Hello and thank you for your question! Unfortunately this product will not be able to fit that pattern. You could use the MOUNT-AD4X4 instead.
