Great product, I bought this to compare against another brand of Shilajit I have which I know is good. This is exactly the same in every way, smell, taste and texture identical. I definitely have more energy and feel more alert. The only worry I have is that I’ve read don’t take shilajit if you’ve suffered with gout as it increases the uric acid in your body. Not sure how true this is though and be good if someone can advise.

Love the product, the huge margin in costs compared to others is extortionate. In fairness, this is my first choice and attempt to try. Taste is earthy and I love it with warm coconut milk, no sweetener required.My other negative reason is that, boy oh boy, is it hard to open the jar⁉️🤔🤔 Oh yes it is, and I have a strong hand and grip. Don’t want to blame this on the company, the product appears to be invisibly sticking the lid to the container. Weird. All in all, I will buy it again until I find a better price, quality to match it and recommend to others.✌️💛

Did notice a definite change in energy levels from first dose. Feel great, progress with weights at the gym, just feel more centered and at one all round. 4 stars as only been taking for 3 weeks will update.22/2/23

This is my (not so) secret as to how I have so much more energy than my friends and colleagues. This product is so well produced and ingredients sourced are excellent. This will re-charge your batteries and energy levels and for I think it boosts my immune system as well

The box says "place some under your tongue if you are brave" now then, my mother didn't raise a whimp and when a box sets a challenge, I can't refuse! So under the tongue some was placed- with instant regret! My taste buds screamed "why are we eating frehly-laid tar mac?!" Whereas my brain decided to send every emotion possible to my face, all at once! Brilliant stuff. Highly recommend. The reason I highly recommend is because, once I got through the taste of what can only be described as a combination between licking a mucky rock and the smell of tar mac, my energy surged! I felt like I was firing on all cylinders- concentration levels went up, a nice sense of well-being overcome me, and all day I didn't yawn! And I'm a professional yawner. Bearing in mind that you only use the tiniest amount- it just goes to show that it's not size that matters! Try some, but perhaps don't go with the challenge of putting some directly in your mouth! Stir some in your morning coffee for an all day energy boost!

Rarely do I leave a review, but in this case I feel I just have to. It should be noted that I have tried no other shilajit products. This is purely a review of this product and my experiences with it thus far.Delivery and quality of packaging was as expected. I took the mountain blood for the first time as soon as it arrived. The primary reason I ordered it was because of its reported benefits on fatigue. I have been feeling run down and apathetic for quite some time. I've tried a lot of different vitamins and supplements but nothing has had much impact.That is, until now. The first thing I noticed quite quickly was the reduction in my sweet tooth. I had been consuming way too many biscuits, ice-creams, chocolates, etc., for my health but I had such cravings that it was impossible to avoid them. As soon as I started taking this, the cravings stopped. I have had nothing sweet for a week now. I don't think I've ever done that in my life before. I did some research and discovered that shilajit is know to balance blood sugar! It is apparently very good for the liver and pancreas. Both of which are essential in balancing our blood sugar. By extension, it should have a good effect on cholesterol levels, although, I have not had mine checked since taking it.The bottom line is that my energy levels have improved substantially. After several years of trying to find something to help, I think I have found it. It is early days yet but this looks like a life-changer for me.
