Excellent customer service!
Centrifuge worked great until something on the panel went out. Customer service was excellent! They sent us a whole new centrifuge, at no cost, so we could continue with business as usual!

I love that this item allows for to set varies speeds at which to spin samples. This comes in handy when some samples needs slower speeds. This item offers great value for your money.

Excellent Customer Service
My clinic brought the LoanLab Centrifuge 11 months ago, and it's been working perfectly for everyday lab processing. We like it as it was quiet and stable for the price of the unit. All the sudden, 3 weeks before the due day of one year warranty it was malfunction. The screen did not show the numbers and the lid couldn't open by pushing the bottom. We contacted the LoanLab's Customer Service department. They quickly responded me. After submitting the requested pictures of the centrifuge and serial number, the Customer Service made the decision to replace a new unit for us. We received a brand new centrifuge within 2 weeks. I am very happy and satisfied for the results as it was so close to the end of the warranty, and the immediate attention and quick replacement by the Customer Service Department. I strongly recommend this Centrifuge for the easy operation, working quietly, and excellent customer service!!

I had to use the emergency pully to open it up. The button wouldn't work.
