iGuerburn 360°Rotating Clip for Tandem t Slim X2

Update! Bellow is my original review. I do want to update this and say that the manufacturer contacted me and were very apologetic for the defective item and replaced it immediately. I hope the replacement lasts longer than the original one. It was very nice of them to contact me and agree to replace it. I really do appreciate it. This product is expensive and will break. Do not spend your hard earned money on this. My son had his for less than 2 months and it broke. I submitted an email to the seller and have not heard back from them.

I bought this clip on January 11, 2026. There has been a continual problems with the pump not sliding correctly under the front edges of the upper retaining edge. The piece of plastic meant to retain the pump inside the clip broke about a month ago. The pump clip always seems to rotate with the open end pointing down, which means it falls out of the clip very easily and very often. Today, the belt clip broke off. This is absolute junk and isn't worth $2.99, let alone the @22.99 being charged for it. No more for me, thank you. I'll find someplace reputable to get a clip from.

This is the third one I have bought from Amazon within the last few months. They are a great holder while they stay together. On 2 of them the clips brok off within a month and on the third one a piece of plastic that keeps the meter in the holder broke. It is still better then the case that comes with a metal belt clip so I keep buying them.

I have now ordered my 5th one of these pump cases. I love the colors, and how they function. It is bulky, but that has never bothered me. I love being able to rotate it based on what I’m wearing. But the dang clip ALWAYS breaks within 3 months. I’ve caught it on my pants and pulled it in the just the wrong way 3 of the 4 times. Today, I don’t even understand how it broke… I rotated it and the clip came off. Why do I keep ordering them? Because in my 15 years of being a pump user, I’ve never found a clip that doesn’t end up breaking.

This is one of my three cases for the t:slim X2 - the "outdoors case". The pump slides in and out of the case easity and feels very secure. I don't see any of the problems mentioned in the previous design iteration of the product. It is much easier to change out than the Tandem case. It clips tightly to my waistband and works very well.

I liked that it was able to be rotated and was easyy to clip on and off, unlike the case it came with. However after about a month or so of on and off use,it broke. My pump kept slipping out of the case but it never fell to the ground because i have short tubing and it's attached to my bicep in the summer, giving my belly a break. Then suddenly it had a 1 inch or so long Crack making it useless. Now I'm again on the search for a perfect t slim clip case. I glue thick pieces of glitter and some spider's and peace signs to my case to "Kaz" it up but that would not affect the integrity of the case what so ever. I removed some of the glitter near the Crack after the Crack happened to try and get a more accurate picture. Such a shame. I switched pump brands after almost 30 years on the same brand and i hate everything about the t slim and now that includes all the cases that I've tried and failed. Ugh! I wish i would have never agreed to sign up for type 1 diabetes! It's not nearly as fun as i had hoped it would be! 🤪🤣😂 Someone else take the wheel please, i NEED a break!

Good at first but hinge comes off the spot it's attached to and causing it to break.

I just got a new tslim and the case from Tandem is difficult. The pump slides in and out easily and I love being able to wind the extra tubing on the clip to get it out of the way. Great product.
