Hi Pablo Not really, but it will keep shocking for a long, long time. You will probably be able to replace them if you disassemble it, but it's not really meant to be opened and you might break it in the process. You bring up a good point to consider in our next model. Thank you.

It only shocks when you write with the one side

do have to hold the pin for to shock you?

The black pen shocks when you press the button. The blue marker shocks from the middle part when you press the tip againt something, like paper.
